RNY  7 Years  4 Months Post Op 

Morning 

New a/c installed late last night thankfully.  You sure can get cranky with your spouse when the temp is 85 in the house.  

Craving trout today.  

B  -  Premier protein shake blended with 3 inches of banana and ice 

L -  6  oz of Bos smoked trout.   I LOVE THIS STUFF!

S -  1.5 Cups of sweet kale salad 

D -  5 oz broiled trout

       .5 cup of green beans

S -  Source greek yogurt 

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  1,295,  Carbs  -  66 grams,   Protein  -  121 grams,   Fibre  -  12 grams

All water and vits

Good thing you got your AC fixed, gonna be smokin' hot today!

Not too much on the go today at work, baseball tonight, then home and promptly into the pool!

B - 1 egg, with a cheese slice

S - Lite & Fit yogurt

L - manwich with a sprinkle of cheddar

S - deli turkey with cheese cubes

D - red pepper/mozz chicken sausage

We'll see if I feel like a snack after ball, maybe a protein fudge pop.

Totals - Cal 738, carbs 18, protein 85

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning :)

Not much on the go today. Hoping to get some groceries as the fridge is a little bare. 

My presentation yesterday went very well -- I've now passed that part of my program. Now, as my brother says, all I have to do is write my dissertation. He makes it sound so easy ;)

Breakfast - yogurt, banana, fibre one

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - chicken and veg

Snack - more chicken

Dinner - beef skewers

Snack - protein pop

All water and vits.

Morning all. Glad you got the AC fixed Barb. I don't have AC's but do have fans and that usually does the trick as i don't really get that hot. Well done one the presentation Meg. Hope the last bit goes well too.

Nothing major planned. Just have to renew my Health Card and Drivers licence was they are due next month. Argh, i hate renewing anything that needs money. I will take a walk, then Zumba tonight.

2 1/2 yrs post op

B - Coffee 5%, 2 scrambled eggs with slice of cheese

L - 1/2 cup tuna, 1/3 cup zoodles

S - protein shake

D - feta cheese burger on 1/2 high fibre tortilla

S - quest protein bar

Calories: 861, carbs 41, fat 46, protein 110
