RNY  7 Years 4 Months Post Op 

Morning 

Our A/C broke on Thursday so I am not looking forward to the next heat wave.  Working at home today hoping the cooling company is able to fit the job in today.  Otherwise it's not until Friday.  

Out tonight with friends for Chinese food.  We were voted down on restaurant choice.  Ughh

 

STEPS :   6653

EATS 

B  -  1.5 skoulakis pork kebabs 

        2  TB of tzatziki 

 

L  -  2 TB of tzatziki 

      2.0  skoulakis pork kebabs 

 

S -  .5 pork kebab   ( sick of them!)

 

D -  1.5 oz ( 1 bite) of Peking Duck they all go crazy for

       Shrimp and broccoli 

       

S -  source greek yogurt 

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  1,045,  Carbs  -  37 grams,   Protein  -  129 Grams.,  Fibre  -  2 Grams  SALT - too much

 

All water and vits

Good morning!  So did the measurements last night and down another 3-1/4 inches across the bod. I don't think my calves will ever shrink, pretty solid there!

Woke up in the middle of the night with an upset stomach and still not feeling well this morning, had to adjust the menu I had planned, cause I don't think I can stomach breakfast.

So, here's what I think it will be:

S - Greek yogurt, 4 oz grapes

L - 2 oz deli turkey, cheese, in a 1/2 Flat Out Wrap (low carb from the States)

S - meatballs, 2oz

D - BBQ chicken boob, broccoli/cauliflower with cheese sauce

Totals = Cal 735, Carbs 43, Protein 70

Room for a night time snack if I need it.

I like the Light and Fit Greek Yogurt but find it a little high on the carbs.....still haven't really decided what the number should be daily.  See how this week goes with a little higher number than "normal"  if the loss stops, out with the fruit, and other carbs.

I didn't think my calves would shrink much either but I lost quite a lot of muscle mass by months 10-11. They are a lot smaller now. I tried on a pair of wide calf boots that wouldn't zip up before and I swim in them.

Good morning everyone!  Back from vacation and my clothing feels a little tighter so back on the horse again as they say. I am so much more hungry now, yesterday I ate a whole container of cherry tomatoes and was like wtf?  I need to be very careful as my pouch will accept more food now. How is everyone?

23 months post op

b - decaf coffe with a gnc lean shake as creamer

S - baby cucumber, havarti cheese

L - carrots and cucumbers with havarti cheese 

S - protein bar, 

d - homemade low carb high protein egg psyllium English muffin toasted with peanut butter

s - more dinner if I get hungry

all water and vits.  Have a good one :0)

Good morning :)

Today's the day of the big presentation. I had some last minute changes given to me yesterday so I will review it all again today. And of course the nerves kept me up last night so I didn't sleep very well. Oh well, it will be done soon :)

Still need groceries so my menu may change.

Breakfast - yogurt, banana, fibre one

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - chicken, veggies

Snack - cheese, almonds

Dinner - BBQ chicken, veg

Snack - protein pop

All water and vits.

Morning all. So hot and muggy today and i don't feel like moving already. I'm sure as the day goes on, it will get better. Welcome back Z. how was the vacation? Hope you had a wonderful time. Nothing much planned today, will go walking later on today and maybe the gym. They don't have any classes that i like on Wednesday, so i usually do my own thing at home.

2 1/2 yrs post-op

B - Coffee 5%, 1 egg with onions and tomato, 1/2 dream bagel

S - 2 bacon wrapped scallops

L - 3oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup spiral zucchini

S - 1/2oz almonds

D - 3oz smoked pork chop, 1/4 cup coleslaw

S - 1oz chicken breast, 1/2 quest mint bar

Calories: 821, carbs 33, fat 42, protein 88
