RNY  7 Years  4 Months Post Op 

Morning 

Thankfully,  it's the last day of the tournament.   Played better yesterday.   Party afterwards and  I will make a few poor choices.   

Steps  :  13,989

EATS 

B  -  Premier protein shake blended with 3 inches of banana and ice 

S -  Jack links teriyaki jerky 

L -  1/2 tuna sandwich 

After-party  - 700 calories in my totals 

D -  1 slice of thin  crust pepperoni pizza 

S -  source greek yogurt 

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories -  1579,  Carbs -  over 100 grams,   Protein  -  over 100 grams

All water and vits

Good morning :)

Didn't sleep well last night so I think it will be a lazy day today. I have to practice my presentation before tomorrow morning so I will work on that. 

Breakfast - oatmeal, yogurt

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - chili

Snack - cheese and almonds

Dinner - burrito filling

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Morning all. Glad this tournament is a bit better for you Barb. Good luck on the presentation G. I was planning on going to a 10am Zumba class today but i slept till 9:48, so no such luck there. The gym closes early today for the holiday but i will go for a walk later on instead. Other than that, nothing else is planned. 

2 1/2 yrs post op

B - Coffee 5%, 1/2 dream bagel with 1 tbsp pb

S - 1/2oz salted almonds

L - 2oz chicken thigh, 1oz pork chop, 1/4 cup green beans

S - tuna

D - 3oz oxtail, 1/4 cup rice, 1/4 cup green beans (same as last night)

S - 1/2 mint quest bar

Calories: 898, carbs 41, fat 46, protein 91

Late posting today. Out this morning running errands and taking the dog to Cherry Beach. Not a lot of food in the house at the moment. We are going away on Wednesday so do not want a ot left. Makes meals a little bit of a challenge

Was awake at 4:00am. Went back to bed for an hour around 7:30 but still a little tired
