Good morning :)

We were planning to try to get some yard work in today but it looks like rain all day. The weeds are going crazy while the grass is dying.

I ate way too many carbs yesterday. I am still struggling with containing my eating and finding a happy maintenance plan. I told my doctor that I'm feeling "food fatigue". I'm so tired of planning, packing, obsessing about food.

Breakfast - oatmeal, yogurt

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - leftover burger

Snack - cheese, almonds

Dinner - burrito filling

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

I understand food fatigue and being sick of planning.  That's when I find having pre-made soups,  meals in the freezer handy.  You'll figure it out.

Good morning everyone.  Birdie I hope that your game improves today.  Pat, DH and I saw the Bourne film yesterday.  There was too much shakey camera work for our liking.  Meg, I hope you find some different recipes to liven up your menu.  My menu has been pretty basic lately, and I'm definitely sick of it.

Today I'm going to an outdoor yoga practice.  Not sure what the rest of the day will hold, we'll see what the weather is first.

Morning all. Hope today is a better tournament for you Barb. Enjoy the movies Pat. I haven't gone to the movies forever, i find I'm not really a movie fan. I hear you on the food fatigue. I've become such a good cook by trying new healthier food recipes that i totally make up myself. Keep trying, it will get better. Outdoor yoga, sounds like fun CC. Stay dry.

I worked all day Friday and Saturday and i'm pooped. I've also been doing a lot of walking, getting great steps too. Just a few errands today, then Zumba at 5:30. Other than than, nothing else planned.
