Sinus cold
Almost 4 months post op, first cold since after surgery.. Coming down with good sinus cold and starting to get laryngitis!! What can I take?? Tylenol Sinus and cold never worked for me. Can I use NyQuil?? I don't like halls what can I use to smooth my throat..

As long as no NSAIDS you take pretty much anything. Some have ibuprofen so check the labels. If not sure the pharmacists can help.

I never had success with Tylenol products before RNY but I was pleasantly surprised how well they worked post-op for me. I have used the sugar-free Ricola lozenges for sore throat.

Have you tried a Netti Pot to clean out your sinuses? It's gross but it works great.
