My bod is beat today from 2 days golfing in extreme heat. A few chores then I'm going to spend the rest of the day relaxing. Another tournament begins saturday.

B - 2 large eggs
L - Shrimp ****tail. I have 8 oz in my stats. Will eat until I am satisfied
1/4 cup of sauce
D - Beef tenderloin 4 oz
1/2 cup of green beans
1.5 cups of sweet kale salad

Good morning! Will be a long boring day at work just waiting for the bell to ring, so to speak. Going camping in Michigan this weekend so I will be able to look for some different protein foods, yogurt, etc.
Don't really have a plan for today but so far.....

I second the Light and Fit yogurt. We go to Walmart and stock on those, blue Diamond almonds in the most amazing flavours, look for bags and tins of the almonds. Sugar free hot chocolate and sugar free apple cider.

the tongue jelly? I was introduced to it as a child, so I was indoctrinated to the tongue jelly life at a young age
I took a trip to the butcher's yesterday, so I'm eating all the goods before they go bad.
kinda like head cheese, but just the tongue meat. larger slices of tongue meat in a seasoned jelly
