Nutrition Class at TWH today!
We went over the different stages from opti onward. It's a class setting and not a lot of individual advice. I'd say make sure your eating 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks and keep a food journal. And as my has possible try not to eat out.

I had my orientation back in September. I met with the surgeon in May (was beginning to think they had forgot about me!). At the end of August, I have appointments with the social worker, nurse and dietitian. I have the impression that you need to demonstrate you understand all the food changes you will need to make at these appointments before they will approve you for surgery. A group class beforehand would have been nice. I want to make sure I've got all my information together for these appointments.
