Pain Again

Today I started with pain  in my pouch, again. Ok let me back up, last night I vomited a few sips of my splash 1/2 hour after eating 1 oz of broiled hamburger and mustard. I thought maybe the meat might have been to dry, but then this morning I woke up nauseous. My pouch has been painful every time I eat or drink anything - I'm afraid I'm headed toward another stricture :(

I called the nurses to see what they suggest. I already have a follow up endoscopy on July 28th. Of course they suggested I go to emerg, but she said I would likely be admitted so they could so an endoscopy in the morning. I really don't want to be admitted again so I'm holding off but will go in the morning if it gets worse. The nurse said she might have an opening on the 20th for an endoscopy so hopefully I'll hear back tomorrow.

Maybe its ulcers? I never had an ulcer before so I don't know what they feel like. The surgeon who opened my last stricture said it could have been caused by a marginal ulcer.

Has anyone else dealt with strictures this early out? I'm on week 6.

Oh sorry your going through this. I had surgery on June 6th as well. Hopefully you'll get to the bottom of this soon. Feel better.

Hope you went to emerg today!   So sorry you are having these complications.  Hoping you get some answers and some relief.

I have an appointment tomorrow at 10:30 for an endoscopy. Still painful but no more vomiting, I have been sticking to mushy food just to be safe.
