feeling not great today

fell asleep reading and slept in an awkward position and feel like i am all out of alignment ... went back to bed after taking 2 tylenol extra strength and using the heating bag and it seems to be helping but ouch ... definitely moving slow today

Sorry to hear that Betty.  If you are able to, lay on your back without a pillow, forcing your shoulders down,  for a while and let all of those supporting neck muscles relax.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Wiccan Dove, I did end up taking 2 hot-ish showers to help and it did.  Thankfully it was pretty cool in my place in the early and late hours, I am right at the lakefront and almost always have a cool breeze here, which I am grateful for.

Dominic was right ... more gooder today!   Still a twinge of it but I tried to stretch a bit yesterday and have been taking a few tylenol and it seems to be working itself out.  Much more limber than yesterday.

I napped a lot ... I think that maybe cures all.  Also managed to get pretty close to goal on water and protein .. 56oz and 55g yesterday, which I am really excited about.
