Hello!  Well the ball game last night was an embarrassment.  We have practically a new team this year, so it's been a rough season so far.  Not having a lot of fun.  Anyway, working half day today and then running around getting things for the weekend.  Trying a new campground this weekend.

B - yogurt and granola (my granola is 10 gr of protein in a 1/4 cup, calories are high at 145 tho)

S - Costco chicken salad

L - 2 Farmboy meatballs

S - 2 slices deli turkey

D - chicken sausage

that's all that's planned so far.  I foresee needing to add another snack at some point but I'll see.  Totals are high enough with just this food....hunger is not an emergency!! LOL

Enjoy your camping. Let me know if you found a god camp ground. Work today. Hope to go swimming at noon. Pool was closed yesterday. Hope it is alright today.

I got up sometime in the night and had some cereal. I seldom have cereal and never a bowl of it. Woke up not hungry. So I have listed the cereal as my breakfast.

Good morning everyone. 

Have fun camping Ginny.   Today I've been swimming, now sitting at Starbucks with my iced Americano with SF Caramel flavour shot. Later I hope DH and I can go to the Uptown Jazz Festival and listen to some good music in the sunshine.    One of my favourite things to do in summer.   This weekend is also Ribfest so DH will be interested in that. I'll go and listen to the entertainment at Ribfest.

Morning all. Have fun camping G and stay cool. Hope the pool is open for you today Pat. Mmmm, ribfeast CC. I've never been and I'm thinking of going this weekend. Hope i like it. I was Just talking about you to Newme 2.0, all good thing of course. 

Nothing planned today. Will be going to work at 2. Maybe i'll walk today, hope i don't get caught in the showers like last time.

One week post surgery and feeling pretty darn good.  BMing ok by myself with no laxatives.  Off all pain med.  Walking up and down my 3 flight staircase about 8x a day.  Incisions are a bit tender when I do things like dishes or arrange flowers, but otherwise no significant pain.

Today had a Premier shake for breakfast, 24 oz of water with whey splash in the morning, a cup of broth for lunch, 100ml of 0 sugar yogurt for snack, 8 oz of vitamin water zero, 8oz of tomato soup with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese pureed into it.  Hoping for another 12oz of iced tea by bedtime.  Maybe a sugar free popsicle right before bed.
