There has been a lot of articles written lately about exercise not effecting weight loss like they previously thought. Exercise is good for overall health but not weight loss.

I also went for a long walk yesterday. I am paying for it today. I will try to go swimming but may end up having to do some work. Home tonight. short walk with dog then vegging out

b greek yogurt, blueberries

l tuna with tsp mayo, melba toast and celery for eating it, yogurt

s baby bel

d salad with boiled egg, bacon, avocado, dressing. (Amazing how may calories this adds up to

s SF chocolate pudding

cal 1082, carb 75, prot 81

Morning all. I feel your pain G. I was the same during the losing phase, expecting to lose after any activity. I found out thats not how it worked. Follow the program, it works. I was told you didn't put the weight on overnight and it's gonna take time to take it off. Keep working girl.

Hope you're feeling better Pat. Happy swimming.

I have nothing planned today. Will probably go out to window shop as i hate staying in the house all day. Rib feast is this weekend at Victoria Park. Maybe i will go.
