Pat I'm so glad your back is feeling better.  Do you think that the pain med. infusion is starting to kick in?

Unfortunately the infusions work initially then start to wear off. I am waiting for a new med which I hope will give me more relief.

omg I thought it was just me!! I am 9 months out and I cannot tolerate cool whip!! I used to LOVE cool whip because it was low carbs, low calorie frozen like ice cream, now it makes my stomach just turn :(

Good morning everyone.  I wonder how Nia is doing.

Ginny, I almost bought the Costco chicken salad because KarenM used to say how good it was.  I stopped myself because it was so much and DH wouldn't eat any of it.  Right now I'm sticking to soft foods and shakes because I'm having issues with being backed up (sorry TMI) and that's why I don't post my menu.

Went swimming this morning and my go swimming again this afternoon.

Yeah my hubby won't et it either. It's about 8 meals in those four balls. I'll get bored of it before I get through it all but oh well. Sometimes you need something different.

Funny you should ask CC. I'm fine, just been at work since Friday and been busy around the house. I also work today and have to get an estimate for my side view mirror after one of the clients at work decided to go cray cray. I got a call from the doctors office today and they said my sodium was a bit low from the blood work taken in emerge last week, wonder why emerge didn't see the same result whilst i was there, smh. So i'm going to have to repeat in a few weeks to see if it comes back up. I think this explains some of the tiredness, headache etc, i've been having. Also been feeling down and and unhappy, i think i need professional help now, this is getting ridiculous.

Other than that, i'm in good spirits, lol. Hope your your pain gets resolved soon Pat. Suck to be in pain with no relief. Enjoy your swimming CC.

Had a Premier shake for breakfast.  Snack will be Activia 0% yogurt.  Lunch tomato soup.  Dinner TBA.

Hope this isn't TMI but I had my first BM today and without any laxatives!   Still feeling really good and pain free 5 days out from surgery.
