What are you eating/doing Thursday?

Hello Everyone!!  Cheers to another day!

Well today my menu is a little different as I had to pack things I could eat on the fly!  3 month follow in Windsor this afternoon, so that's a 4 hour round trip....I'm so close to the single digits this morning...211.8  2 more lbs....mini goals.....It seems my body likes the few extra calories, I thought pushing the 800 mark would slow me down, but that doesn't seem to be the case.  Maybe its because I switch things up so much my body doesn't know what the heck is going on!

Anyway, half day work today so I started at 730. 

B - 3 oz sausage (English "Banger" style)

S - 30 gr cheddar on 4 triscuits

L - greek yogurt and 85 gr strawberries

S - 4 slices deli turkey

D - 3.5 oz taco beef on lettuce, with salsa, sour cream and 10 g shredded cheese

S - undecided if there will be one, there is room in my totals for something protein, and I should eat it cause protein needs to be higher we'll see, baseball at 8:00 tonight so might be hungry after that

Cal 682, Carbs 30, Protein 61

Going to be a hot day today. Work then out to dinner. We are going to a concert at the Molsen Amphitheater to see Journey with the Doobie brothers. Another old band. Looking forward to it. Last time we saw wine in a guitar bottle. Thought we would buy one until we say the price of $44.00.
