What are eating/doing Wednesday?
Good morning everyone! Didn't sleep a wink last night. How is it you can toss and turn all night and finally feel like you could doze off when your alarm is going off. Going to be a long day today.
Did my measurements again last night, not too much movement this time around, but the scale was down 5 lbs this week.
Eats:
B - source greek yogurt with 1/4 cup Vector granola
S - cucumber slices and a Old Cheese Snack
L - 4 oz meatloaf
S - premier protein
D - 3 oz taco beef on shredded lettuce, with cheese, salsa, sour cream
S - sugar free jello
Cal 833 (a little high) Carbs 39 Protein 95

Good morning everyone. Just work today and the gym for swimming and hot yoga. Love swimming lately and it will be a hot day so it will be really nice. Last weekend I was dating three guys, all have not worked out and I do not have energy for online dating at this point. So many creeps and for what? 17 different guys, 25 dates and I have nothing to show for it, I'm back where I started. However, it seems my heart has decided that it wants more, so I will take a break and keep trying.

Don't give up Zizzler. You know the old saying about having to kiss a lot of toads !!!!! Mixed in there with all the creeps snd weirdos are probably a few good "normal" people, looking for if nothing more....companionship and conversation.
Don't look at this dating thing as a waste of time.....it's all about you taking steps....making progress...getting wiser.... moving forward ( even if you don't see it right now )

I hurt my back last weekend. Although it is better I still can not bend over. So I am laying off exercise except some walking to stretch things. I am missing my swimming. Hope to get back to it soon.

I'm sorry to hear that. My pool has just lane swim, mixed lane swim and free swim, and lesson times.

Morning all. It sucks when you can't sleep and have to work in the morning. Don't worry, once the day starts, you'll feel energetic G (hope so anyways, lol). Sorry about your back Pat. It sucks not being able to move freely. We are supposed to be going to Grand Bend Beach today, but as of 11:30am, pple are still sleeping. I made a picnic last night, well i just make chicken, sausage, eggs and cheese cubes. Protein picnic.
