What are you eating/doing Monday
UGH! Wish I had the day off. 11 weeks out and up 3 lbs!! Hate reporting that but have to take the ups with the downs! Be accountable....blah blah blah.
Not really planned today....just threw protein in the lunch bag and will make meals/snacks from it!
B - yogurt and 1/4 cup vector granola
the rest is chicken skewers, deli turkey and old cheddar
D - "Manwich" - 3 oz ground beef with a little shredded cheese

Went swimming today and now I am facing a day of household chores. My own fault for letting things build up.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
Morning all. Hope all is well. Kind of tired today as they are renovating outside my building and it feels like their drilling right in my head. Nobody can sleep with that going on, so i woke up early. Didn't go into the pool yesterday, it was COLD, but i dipped my feet in for a bit. Nothing much planned today, will go to work at 1:30 for a couple of hrs, then the gym after that.

L - 2oz steak, 1/2 cup bean sprouts
S - 1/4 tuna, 4 cucumber slices
D - 1/3 cup boiled okra, 2oz pork, 1/8 cup corn meal
S - pumpkin pancake
Calories:798, 27 carbs, 47 fats, 82 protein.
