Good morning ladies!

Nothing new here!  Hump day....  blah blah blah.  Been eating on plan, when there's been "crap" food everyday at the office and still I'm up a lb since Monday, GRRRR.  Wicked cramps in my calves in the mornings....

B - 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese

S - deli turkey (4 slices if I can eat it all)

L - tuna on melba with ****tail tomatoes

S - old cheddar snack and a couple of pickle spears

D - 3 oz grilled chicken boob, maybe some cole slaw (not incl in totals yet)

S - 1/2 premier protein RTD

Totals - Cal 744, carbs 30, protein 92

 

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Cramps can be aweful. I have suffered from them before. I find when I do not drink enough I get them. I have also upped my magnesium. I do not seem to be getting them as often. I keep freezer packs on the ready for them. 

Work and swimming today. Out tonight to a pub. I do not like their new menu at all. However our church is having a farewell to our priest so we are going for dinner then join the party. So I will have the taco but just the insides. If I have a salad with chicken it is $20. It just does not sound good enough to be that expensive.

Pat I order chicken tacos all the time and just dump the guts on my plate. A lot cheaper than a salad!  

Karen I would get some potassium and magnesium for your leg cramps!

Afternoon all. Lovely day out there. Nothing planned for the day, i may just go shop a little then Zumba later on tonight. Got a little off track yesterday with some cheetos, but back on track today. I'm not even hungry though and it's past midday and i've yet to eat. Oh well, here is the plan for today.

2 1/2 yrs post op

B - 2oz pork, 1/4 cup brussel sprouts, coffee 5%

S - protein shake

L - pork sausage, 1/3 cup brussel spouts

S - boiled egg

D - 3oz salmon, 1/4 cup romano beans

S - pumpkin muffin, 1/2 tbsp pb

Calories: 888, 31 carbs, 44 fat, 105 protein
