Woohoo!! We made it to FRIDAY!!
I'll get this started but I don't have a full plan. I messed up last week thinking the Beer n BBQ show was then but its tonight so dinner is unplanned. Something meaty!
Looking like its going to be a beautiful day today and for the rest of the weekend!
B - oatmeal packet (I know, not the best choice but it worked in a pinch)
S- yogurt
L - 4 meatballs (3.2 oz homemade) Hubby gave me lunch money....I said where am I gonna go for lunch?? I'll use it for lottery tickets!!
S - devilled eggs
D - MEAT
B - activia lemon yogurt
S - turkey kielbassa and 1 cracker
L - premier protein shake and 2 crackers

D - mild italian sausage, 1/4 cup sweet potato

TGIF!!
I ate so badly yesterday. Union picnic was under the big top. Popcorn and candy everywhere. I tried bacon popcorn. It was actually good. Last nights pot-luck was more awesome food. The scale is reflecting my bad decisions.
I kept forgetting things this morning. Running up-stairs repeatedly for things I forgot. I realised as I got on transit this morning that the bag I packed for swimming was still at the front door. I had just walked past it. So I have committed to go for a walk at lunch but no swimming.
Home tonight. Going to make chili since Metro has burger on sale. I can fill the freezer for future lunches.

Not much on the go today, just some errands and house chores. Maybe a haircut today, then picking up groceries for the weekend.
