Good morning.  It's a cold we t day here, doesn't look good for my yard work! 

Day 2 after the ball game and my quads are protesting!  Feels good though ?

Going to go to the local market today.  Want to get some beets to pickle and a decent pound of bacon.

Eats look good today, I think! 

B - last bit of meatloaf with 2 slices of summer sausage 

S - premier protein 

L - tuna on Melba toast

D - chicken breast with tzatziki

S - mini kolbasa with cheese string 

Cal 702, carbs 27, protein 103

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning,

Off to market this morning for a few things, then just chores around the house. Might have family stopping by later, but it's up in the air.

Breakfast - egg, yogurt

Snack - carrots, pb

Lunch - chili, cheese

Snack - chicken, pickles

Snack - pepperette, pudding 

Dinner - leftover steak, veggies

Snack - protein cake

All water and vits.

Good morning all. Rainy here as well. Need to get my dog out for a walk between rain bouts. Great dinner last night but a lot left over. So salad for lunch today

Home tonight

b greek yogurt

s kraft SF pudding

l salad with chicken , blue cheese, avocado, mango dressing

d chicken,salad, green beans

Today should be anigher interesting day.... after finding out my grandma has a large clot in her leg and that turning a simple 15 minute ultrasound into a 5 hour thing since they sent us tonthe ER to get results... well yesterday didnt do well food wise.

Hoping for better today.

Breakfast: 2 chickpea cookies... these are about an inch big. And eaten around 45 minutes apart while doing morning doggie riutibes and showering.

Lunch or snack: about 1/4 of a whole wheat pita with cheese and ham and turkey deli meat snd some laughing cow cheese.

Lunch or snack: these 2 will likely be interchanged depending on my grandmas needs and wants when i call her in a minute. This mewl is also uncertain as i believe she wants me to bring her food of some sort... i may have a wrap or something.

Dinner: plan is eithet spaghetti squash with meat sauce or chicken.  i need to use up the ground meat... so leaning towards that  

If im hungry ill throw in a protein shake or snack. Im finding my tummy isnt wanting me to eat much lately... im filling up easily the last few days.

Im also strongly craving strawberries and freezies... so will try to pixk up stuff to make sugar free popsicles... my luck ill buy the stuff and will no longer have the craving. Lol

Good morning everyone.  Have some studying to complete this morning, this afternoon I am volunteering at a soup kitchen making snack bags for homeless people.  After that 2 hours at the gym doing cardio and yoga.  Following that I have a birthday party to go to with live music.  have a nice day everyone.

b - hot ginger peach tea, lots of it

l - lupini beans with sauce, they have zero net carbs so im trying them out

s - packet almonds, gnc protein shake

d - steak with veggies at restaurant

s - dill pickle pumpkin seeds in shell, later...more tea

all water and vitamins.  have a nice day everyone.

Evening all. Had a looooong day at work today, nothing bad happened, i just didn't want to be there. I'm at home and relaxing now, then i have to pick up my niece from a party. Yelled at her for making plans and not asking me to pick her up, so now i'm waiting for her to call and it's after 10 pm and i'm tired. Oh well, what can her favourite aunt do. 

Have had a good week. I didn't touch any sweets at all and have just had protein forward foods and i can feel the restriction again. Help me stay strong team!!!

B - 2 boiled eggs, coffee 5%

S - coffee 5%

L - 3oz chicken thigh, 1/4 cup spinach

D - 2oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup oriental veg

S - pumpkin pancake'
