Just popped in to see how the "what are you eating" thread was doing (I've been away, but still diligently logging on MFP) - and saw that you had surgery Karen! I hope you are doing well and it wasn't too serious. Wishing you a very speedy recovery.

Referral: 8/14; Orientation TWH: 12/14; Nurse: 01/15; SW, Dietician, Psych: 2/15; Surgeon: 5/15; RNY: June 15/2015

Morning all. Hope you don't get that nasty bug CC. In class till lunch then home to have fun, not :).

2yrs post op

B - 3oz turkey breast

S - 6 carrot sticks, 1oz cheese

L - 3oz turkey breast, 1/3 cup cucumbers and onion

S - jello pudding cup

D - 3oz sausage, 1/4 cup colslaw, 1/4 cup rice

S - tea made with half cup milk

Your menu looks great Nia, lots of protein.

As for being back to school and work, you've already proved that you can handle this.  March break is just around the corner!

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
