Morning
Most of the packing is done thankfully. We did a good job of emptying the house. Its echoing now! Taking my father for a pre-op appointment this morning then hopefully home to relax. TV still works and my recliner isn't going for donation until Friday.
My menu today is not good. Too many carbs and not enough protein. However, I believe this is what I will be eating today. I really miss cooking my simple meals of protein and veggies and right now I am craving some fish. Calorie wise its OK, but I know this many carbs will make me hungry at some point.

B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
S - Coffee and muffin from McDonald's while I try out their wifi so I am ready for a few weeks of no internet
L - 1/2 toasted western - split with my Dad
D - 1 slice of Sicilian pizza
S - Oikos Greek - Cherry

Good morning Barb. Hard to eat healthy when eating out.
I am off to see Cinderella this afternoon. I have put in a salad from Frans. Looking forward to it. I had waited a bit too long to get tickets so I hope they are not too bad
My new fitbit is having some issues. Yesterday the time was off and last night I could not sync it. Today it would sync but I lost yesterdays steps. I hope it straightens out. I threw away the packaging
