Lying in bed awake since 2:30 so figured I might as well get going on the day. Lots on the go which is keeping my mind racing. More packing today and carrying down to the basement so good for steps and staricases

Good morning Barb. Sorry you are not sleeping. Yet another Christmas Party today. We are off to Kitchener to see my husbands family. I love seeing my niece. She is very involved with her wls group in Kitchener. However it throws off my meals. We are having lunch at 2:00pm. I also do not know what we will be eating
I have a new fitbit which tells me I was a slug yesterday. Probably not a lot of walking today either

Good Morning All, I have been such a naughty girl with my eating the last few days, I am surprised that Santa brought me anything but a lump of coal. I got a new fitbit too Pat, just figuring it all out.
