Good morning Barb. Sounds like a fun day yesterday. I went to the pain clinic. They have a procedure I had never heard of. You get lidocaine infusions. Basically I have wide spread arthritis with the occasional bout of sciatica. I will try this in January. I hope this helps.

Busy day today. Out early for a walk with the dog. I will do some last minute grocery shopping while out. Having my son, fiance, daughter and his in-laws for dinner. Also my daughter. He will be with their family tomorrow. Always lots to do when company is coming. Since DH is working I will not have any help.
