Sorry to hear this. There was a post yesterday I believe that read "Im a year out and haven't lost anything in 4 months" Read the replies to her thread -there is very good advice. You need to track everything you put in your mouth.
What does a typical day look like for you in terms of food? I don't exercise and I will be 3 years the end of February. I have been maintaining for 18 months. I get on the scale every day. Eat protein first. Drink lots of water.
If you go back to the basics. Measure your food you can do this. The biggest key is to cut out the carbs. They are the enemy.
Good luck!
I agree, go back to basics starting with journaling. Food, activity, emotions, everything. Do this for a bit, and you'll see where you are, you already know where you should be. Then start making little goals to get from A to B. Could be just getting your water in every day to start. Once you do that, pick one other thing and so on. Activity can be a goal. Make all goals small, then do the next. If water is your first, see where you are, and add one glass a day until that's routine, then add another glass, do this until 8 glasses per day. Don't try to fix all at once, you'll fail. If you do a little at a time, it will take a while, but you'll get there. And if you mess up a day, start back the next day.

I am only 17 months post op, but I am so sorry that you had these setbacks, but that is all they are, just setbacks. You are not done losing and you will get back on track. You have already taken the first step by posting here. I had an injury at the beginning of the year and was unable to exercise for months. I think I became depressed because of that because I felt that I had blown part of my honeymoon phase. Since then I have worked hard to get back to regularly scheduled exercise (even though I still have limitations, I do what I can). I have fretted enough about the missed opportunity of weightloss when I was injured and am moving forward to take advantage of whatever honeymoon period I have left. We can do this.
