so close!

Just wanted to tell someone who would also he excited... at 10.5 months post op, im 12 lbs away from my goal weight!

that being said... any tips to help lose those last few pounds? They seem to be impossible as ive been stuck within 2 lbs for the last couple months.

Just relax about the 2lbs. that you are stuck at. Once you hit goal it's not over - in many ways it is just beginning because you need to learn to live within your new weight.  So keep on keeping on and live healthy.

youve done amazing and have shown your a success in your journey. If it comes great and if it a slow time now so be it. 

Your this close and I have no doubt that the final few pound will come. 

But if they don't so what your a great success story  and have worked hard to get to where you are. 

Dont stress it 

it will come and you will hit your goal weight

Congratulations on doing so well. Keep following your plan and the weight will come off. You might find you need to lower your calories a little but I am sure with your determination you will do it
