Surgery completed, let my new life begin....

I had my surgery Wednesday. Everything went well and I am home sipping away. I woke up after surgery and felt great, I am starting a whole new chapter in life. My ex cheated on me again in August so that relationship ended. In the process I kept losing weight, I was down 56lbs the day of surgery.

I look forward to this coming year with a new outlook on how to live life and the changes that will come and a different outlook on my relationship with food.

This is definitely something I did for myself and plan on making the best of this tool and a new me.

congratulations on the weight loss pre surgery i lost almost 50 myself before surgery. & welcome to the losers bench the next year will be a new start for you :)
