What are you doing/eating today ( Tuesday)
Good Morning All! Time to get back on track. I have been slipping back into old habits of eating once or twice a day, and then, snacking between. And not all good food either
Pat I am sorry you are not feeling good, maybe a comedy movie would help. This time of year is so drab, I feel like the weather too.
Zizzler, I can eat more now too, we need to just "stick to our plan" for the day. Easier said than done some days, but here goes.
B- 3oz chicken thigh made with nsa teriyaki sauce.
L- 3 blue menu meatballs with quarter cup Newmans marinara, maybe a little cheese melted on top.
D- 3oz chicken thigh, teriyaki sauce, little cauliflower
S- 2 ryvita, small tin lemon pepper tuna, 2 laughing cow, split for 2 snack times. Syntrax fuzzy naval shake.
mfp totals: calories 620, carbs 24, fat 18, protein 90.

It is so funny, I remember when eating 3 meatballs was a challenge, now it's like it does not fill me up and I want more, must be those hunger hormones returning again. I can eat 6 now, sigh. I am focusing on eating denser foods that make me feel full like dense meat, low carb veg, etc. stuff like crackers and liquids I could nibble all day and never feel really full, it's dangerous!
