Date set for Arm and Breast lift- just around the corner

Today I got my date for arm and breast lift.  January 8, right after my birthday! I'm super excited.

I need my arms done soooo badly. Out of curiosity, do you know the ball park cost for the arm lift. It will definitely be in my future.

it's about 7K for the arms and 6 for the breast lift.  There is a hospital fee of about 1000 on top of that and of course taxes.  Mine might be a little bit more because I have quite a bit of loose skin on my side that he's going to take care of and he's going to do a little lipo because apparently I have chubby elbows...surprise, surprise! 

WOW, only 1 year later!  That's awesome.  Who is your surgeon?

It's 18 months later and I've been at a stable weight for about 4 months, 6 months by surgery.  I know a lot of people have been told they need to wait longer, but my surgeon is very confident that it's a good time.  

My surgeon is Dr. Elmaragy in Waterloo.  He's lovely.  He did my lower eyelid surgery in October.  His office arranged for me to have it done at the same time as my gall bladder removal.   I'm really pleased at the result so far. 

I have several contacts at the hospitals here in town.  I guess the nurses all think he's an amazing surgeon.  It was funny because when I got my eyes done, a few nurses came over to check it out because they were considering the procedure.

Well that will be an awesome birthday present. Question does your upper thighs tighten if you were do exercising? I can live with my arms. But I have a long road to wait before I do mine.  I would like to do my tummy, breast and thighs.  I hate my thighs lol  

Exercise will help build muscle. Unfortunately it does not do much for hanging skin

You will be happy. 6 weeks post brachioplasty and masteoplasty by Dr. Nandagopal. Keep arms elevated and follow post op instructions. I found more nerve pain in armpits and around elbow. Had laser treatment for scars last week. Unfortunately i ama red scar person. Already looking better and fading
