Starting Opti

I start Opti Boxing Day and trying to get ready and have as much info as possible. Are we still allowed black coffee or does it have to be decaf?

Hi there. I start Opti December 23 Rd. When and where is your surgery if you don't mind me asking? I am at TEGH on January 13th.

My surgery is at Humber Hospital on January 15th..cannot wait to get it done :)

Hi there black coffee is fine with TWH, there was no mention of it having to be decaf however I must tell you I stopped drinking coffee because it tasted absolutely horrid with the opti and I love my coffee! I drink tea now. Good luck!

I have cut down to 2 cups a day right now from 3, trying to make it so I don't go through withdrawal along with everything, Good luck with your surgery, looking forward to the updates!
