What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Good morning everyone. Once again my coughing woke me up, so I thought I might as well get on the computer before I wake up DH. Not a lot planned today except rest and plenty of fluids. There may be some Netflix on today's agenda. I certainly won't be doing much talking. My voice sounds like a 12 year boy's. One minute it's low and then next high and squeaky (DH has taken to calling my Squeaky) and then my voice cuts out completely.

Morning
Out for lunch and dinner today which never thrills me - too much sodium in the meals even if I specify low salt. Have been on both restaurants nutritional menu's and I am able to find passable choices. I prefer a dining room so I can order fish and veg - however today its restaurant VS dining room choices

Are you getting leg cramps Barb? I noticed that you were including banana in your menu. Pat includes it to avoid leg cramps. Last night I had a horrible foot cramp in my arch and I'm wondering if I should include bananas.

Hope you fell better soon CC. Barb I hear you about eating out. Having not salted food for 30 years I always find food salty when I eat out.
Yesterday morning turned into a nightmare at work. Screwed up something I was doing for our director. Did not make it to swimming. I was going to bike today but it is just too cold and windy so chickened out.
Probably home tonight. DH is smoking a pork roast. I hope it is not too greasy. Greasy does not sit well with my stomach. He wanted to do a pork tenderloin but it was twice the price so I cheaped out and bought the roast.
b greek yogurt, raspberries
s baby bel
l chili, apple pie yogurt
s apple
d pork roast, salad
s tea
Afternoon all. CC, i hope you get over your bug pretty soon. I'm a bit better today. Not as nauseated as yesterday, but still not feeling too hot. I went to bed early too and today i have a slight niggly headache. I was so cold as well and it doesn't help that the school thermostat was set to freezing.
