Trying to get my Dr to give me.referral!

I did it!  Went in with all my info and he listened and he agreed to give me a referral!  I even printed out the physicians referral guides from the Ontario Bariatric portal that explains how to do it.

I finally feel like I have hope to get to a healthy weight and stay there. I know I have a ways to go....but at least this is a start
