Trying to get my Dr to give me.referral!
I first asked my dr a year ago for a referral . He s I wasn't overweight enough an also also just didn't agree with I t will 5 f 4 and.240. My bmi Is just over 40...I believe that is what is acceptable. I have struggled my whole life . . Every diet imaginable , , thousands and thousands of dollars I'm tired of struggling!! What do I need to do to get him to agree to send In a referral??? At my wits end :( grateful for any advice to how I can get this ball rolling!
Thanks, but I live north of Barrie. He says I don't have enough to lose for gastric bypass surgery....but when I look at the web site...I fall under the "stats". I have to lose a hundred pounds and my bmi is just over 40. am I being realistic or delusional???? I figure I will ask him to just please refer me, and then when I see the "experts", if they feel I am not a candidate then obviously they won't approve me. Thoughts on this??
