Tennis this morning with a new group so hoping I am at the same level of play - good or bad. Tennis is a sport you need to play with like rated players. Household chores later - out for dinner with girlfriends this evening.

Premier protein shake with 2 slices of frozen banana
L - 2 ham and pickle roll ups
D - bunless cheeseburger with tomato and mustard
side salad with either no dressing or lite which I have in my totals
Michelob ultra low carb beer
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 739, Carbs - 30 Grams, Protein - 64 Grams, Fiber - 7 Grams
This isn't enough food for me - just not sure what I am going to add to up the protein and calories

Good morning everyone...
today I start prenatal yoga, I'm super excited. I've been trying to stay as active as possible in this pregnancy in hopes that after the baby had arrived I'll have an easier time losing the baby weight.
breakfast... Two egg whites, one slice of multigrain toast, half a grapefruit, decaf tea
morning snack... Probiotic yogurt
lunch... Turkey Sandwich on multigrain pita, apple slices
afternoon snack... Sliced/cut mixed veggies
dinner... Grilled chicken stir-fry
evening snack (if I feel like one)... Light baby bell cheese and crackers
Good morning Barb. I used to love tennis. Knees do not allow stuff like that anymore. I am hoping to go swimming today. Barring any major disasters at work. Also walking to TWH for the talk tonight. Haven't been for awhile. Hope to see some people there.

Hi there...been awhile, everything is going well on this end. Had my 3 month appointment on Monday and my Vitmain D is low, my B12 is high, but other than that its all good. Hope everyone else is doing great!

Afternoon all. It's too quiet here, did i miss something, lol?? I haven't seen Karen as well for a while, did she win the lotto and not include her weight loss buddy's? Hope she's well. I still feel nauseous and took some gravol as well as pantoloc. Hope this doesn't spiral out of control. I'm going to Guelph next week and i will mention this as well. Had an early day today, came home and did some errands, now i need to start working on my Sociology paper due next week. Come on Christmas
