portion control plates

Hope everyone's having a good weekend!

I've recently discovered portion control plates.  I don't have one, but I think one for bariatric/RNY patients would help me a lot.  Has anyone in Ontario found one or made one that's designed with post-surgery portions in mind?

Not in Canada.  The site I ordered is called meal measure directly but Amazon.ca has it

And this one works well for you? How do you know how much to fill up each little cup section?

They have a Corelle one at Walmart.   You can buy them individually.   I love mine and use them all the time even still at 5 years post op.

The other handy thing I use are the small ramekins from the dollar store that come two or three in a pack.

Can you show me a picture or link me to it on the Walmart website? I can't seem to find it on my own.

I couldn't find it on the site either.  It's an open stock item so it is likely only avaliable in store. They are basic white,  8 inches round with three sections.   One is half then two quarters.

Hopefully the link work.   I'm using my phone so it's a bit harder to cut and paste a photo.

Thanks!  You plop the protein in the large section, and then fruits/veggies and carbs in the other two?

That's the general idea.   Newly post op I recommend you still measure,  but the plates are a good guideline.

I have the Corelle one from WalMart, and some little plastic ones  from WalMart also.
