Vitamins from where?

Hello everyone!
I am a week out from my surgery and am trying to get everything in order but am unsure of where to start with the vitamins.  Where do most people get their vitamins from?  Chewables in particular because pills and I do not have a good time together!  I have a Costco card but I do see that people order them online too.  Is there a particular brand that is better than the others?

Suggestions for a newbie!  Thank you!

I order my chewables from Unjury.com. Their brand is Opurity and they are made specifically for bariatric patients like us. I buy my multi-vitamin, calcium citrate and vitamin D from them (Their protein powders are pretty good...especially the chicken soup flavour!)

Good luck,

Tammy :)

Edited to correct: calcium caltrate...should be calcium citrate! Good catch, Dawn! :)

Thanks Tammy!  I see that you had your surgery was with Dr. Yelle.  I have the same doctor.  Any thoughts or hints that I should be aware of?

I have not started my vitamins as of yet as my surgery is still a week away so I am trying to get an idea of what is good and not so good.  I am guessing Caltrate is no so good?

Good catch, Dawn. It is calcium citrate that I am taking from Unjury. I've edited my post to correct the typo/auto-correct.
