What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Good morning everyone. DH and I had a busy weekend away. I did however bring back a cold, I know boohoo. The coughing woke me up, so I decided to post. Right now I'm drinking hot apple cider hoping I will get back to sleep.
Not sure what activities I will get up to today. The cold may dictate that.

B. Hot apple cider
S. Homemade beef broth with ginger and garlic
L. Poached egg
S. If I feel like going outside I may get a Starbucks Skinny Latte, or 2 as today is the last day of the BOGO
D. Really not sure on this one, it will depend on how my throat feels
S. More hot apple cider
Exercise: If I get more sleep, I may go to the pool but nothing to strenuous. Mostly just to get in the warm water.
Have a great day everyone.

Your menu looks yummy Barb. Good for you for getting back on the horse before things got out of hand. It's so easy to let things slide and not take action.

Good morning all. Sorry you are under the weather CC. Barb I hear you about the horse. I am a little worried about the 5 I need to lose. Especially going into Christmas season.
Great bike ride yesterday. It was so sunny out. Distillery District is gearing up for their Christmas festival. I will probably not go back. Too cheap to pay to go shopping.
Swimming today at the new pool. I hope it is not too busy. It is kind of chaotic.
