For some reason I had cramps in my feet last night. I thought since I am swimming it might be a good idea to be proactive.

Good Morning all!  I have not been posting, but always reading couple times a day.  I have been eating ok, but am starting to get a little bored with eating the same thing most of the time.  I wish I liked seafood, shrimp, scallops, but I just can't, I think it is a texture feeling in my mouth that puts me off.

I am going to make Tracey's garlic chicken tomorrow, it looks sooo good.. thanks Tracey.

Just puttering around the house mostly, distracted about my upcoming surgery.  I was hoping to go to the Ganz warehouse sale tomorrow, but my leg is bothering me, and I don't want to risk getting sick from being in a big crowd.  Very disappointing, I used to go every year, but couldn't go for the last 2 years due to being unwell.  Hopefully next year

B- 2 scrambled eggs with 10gr of cheddar melted on top

L- 3oz chicken salad, with 1tbsp low calorie mayo, one tbsp jalapeno cheese spread, little pepper and green onion. 2 ryvita snackbreads.

D- 3oz chicken, 40gr broccoli, stir fried with 2 tbsp nsa teriyaki sauce

S- syntrax fuzzy naval, maybe 2 deli roll up if hungry at bedtime.

mfp totals:  calories 582, carbs 18, fat 18, protein 83.

Have a great day all, keep warm, bye for now
