RNY  6 Years 7 Months Post Op

Morning

Been up since 2:30 watching TV.  Don't think my dinner agreed with me last night.

Going to relax today - dinner with friends tonight at a great Italian restaurant.  Their pasta is wonderful with so many choices - however I love fish too and that is a better choice for me

STEPS - 7210

EATS

B - 2 hard boiled eggs mixed with 1 TB Hellman's Light Mayo

 

L - 2 oz Oscar Meyer smoked deli ham on an Arnolds Thins with a sugar free pickle slice

 

D - 6 oz pan seared sea bass

    Lemon butter wine sauce on the side - I like my fish plain but will stick the fork tines in for a taste

    Veggie of the day - used broccoli in my totals

   6 oz glass of Sauvignon Blanc

 

S - 1/4 cup of mixed berries in Light and Fit Greek

    1 TB of Coffeemate sugar free peppermint mocha in a decaf

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 875,  Carbs - 51 Grams,  Protein - 71 Grams,  Fibre - 7 Grams

 

All water and vits

Quiet here today, good morning Barb.  You better get a nap in sometime today 

Just doing stuff around the house today.

B- 2 fried eggs

L- 3 rollups with extra lean roast beef, pickle, and a little jalapeno cream cheese spread.

D- small steak with little fried peppers and green onions

S- syntrax cappucino made with 2tbsp powdered milk.

mfp totals:  calories 639, carbs 14, fat 26, protein 85.

I ate too much last night so passed on breakfast.  Pain meds are making my stomach a bit upset today so going to eat some dry toast even though I don't want that many carbs, it will help with the nausea a bit.

 

B - just coffee

L - piece of dry light rye toast

S - protein shake if stomach feel better

D - garlic chicken, green salad, steamed brocolli

 

Might have a Spanish coffee an hour or two after dinner as my dessert.  Quite damp and cool here today and it really warms you up before bed.

OH has been crazy this morning. I tried a few times earlier but couldn't get it to open. Already took the dog for a walk and did some cleaning. I tried a new pool yesterday. It was okay but no defined lanes so a little crazy.

I can't decide on a rug so am going to tey cleaning the one I have,
