My 3 appointments went well yesterday, no issues, even with the dietitian. She understands my feeling about keeping carbs and calories low, due to low activity level, and wanting to lose the most I can. They all wished me well for my upcoming surgery.
I am craving some red meat today... wonder if it is because of the 10 vials of blood they took from me yesterday.
B - 2 slices of peameal bacon
L- stuffed pepper from freezer
D- leftover wedge of acorn squa****bsp sf syrup, 3oz steak
S- syntrax cappucino made with 1 cup silk almond, unsweetened.
mfp totals: calories 609, carbs 17, fat 17, protein 92.

Good morning all. Welcome back Karen. Wet out today but suppose to improve.
I will have to time when I walk up to finance today. There is no water in our building and they have the street shut down. So I will go up when I need to visit a washroom. Having the street shut sure is messing with downtown traffic. It effects two OCADU buildings. One of which has classes. I think they may have to close the buildings. Having the day off would work for me

I'm off to work and catching up from all my conference days this week. A long walk this eve too.
