HRRH process question

After being calling and being denied for having a 36 BMI and with more then 2 cormorbitaties, I had a call from the nurse and she said that she red my file and will be giving the file to the secretary.

So my question is what happens next?

Who do I call just in case there's another stall!!

My GP received the same letter... very frustrating... In my case after speaking with a nurse and being transferred to bookings... a secretary calls, informs me that she can not book an appointment because I did not attend an orientation.  She then does a complete about face and  confirms that in fact I did attend orientation... only to offer a few more hypothesis as to why I might not be in the program....finally, she indicates that I really need to be speaking to a nurse.  I suspect that this cycle repeats ...
