Did a lot of walking but no gym today. Still giving the legs time to heal. It was great day to be outside walking

B 1 cup yogurt

s banana

l protein drink

s plum

d 1/2 cup garden salad, 2 oz cheese, 2 tablespoon cottage cheese.

dessert greek yogurt

s clementine orange

14 months post op

B - Gnc chocolate protein shake, decaf coffee x 3 throughout day

S - 1/6 cup almonds, 6 grapes

L - eggwhite, flaxmeal, sf chai made into a microwave muffin, a little margarine on it..later sf orange koolaid

S - 1/2 c plain greek yogurt with a little sf raspberry jello powder added

D - 1 cup of pork rinds, spicy vinegar flavour

S - nsa protein shake with half a banana, 2 tbsp peanut butter

all water and vits
