Have you taken your measurements? Are your clothes loose?

Give it another week and see. Your overall weight loss is great.

I havent actually taken my measurements... ive had them done at my appointent but have not done them myself. im also not sure ive notice any changes during the stall.

Im feeling bummed... not that its to relevant but i injured my knee sunday night so ive had a few days of little activity. But that doesnt account for weeks.

Also, my signature is off.... OH hasnt fixed that yet. I csnt update it.

So you are saying you have lost even more then whats listed? That's damn good.

Your body might just be taking a break - watch that you haven't let extras slip in the past month - otherwise keep at it and it will begin again.

Good luck!

I just noticed i added the rope one. My weight loss to this point is 131lbs.

Id like to lose another 23-28lbs though and hit my goal. Ive noticed a ron of changes aince i started this journey and was really hoping i could hit my goal or even 5lbs less.

I went from a 3x coat... to buying a medium from the same store and i bekieve brand for this year. i am sad though that i have barely anything that fits and no money to even buy anything used. ive decided to go back to school and osap isnt much to live off and get extras... lol.

But yes being careful... im goinf tontry to be very strick with food for a bit abd see what happens. Not easy when the hubby is now home for the season and doing most of the cooking. He keeps telling me "we need a starch" and i keep telling him im not going to eat it. And he gets all in a fuss and says he doesnt know how to cook for me anymore. I thought mear and veg was pretty simple?

Anyways that should be enough babbling from me for now.

My DH also does a lot of cooking. We have found ways for him to have his starch and me not to. Single serving rice or one baked potatoe. He has pasta I have the meat sauce. It just takes some adjustment. Perhaps workout the menu ahead to show him how to adjust for you.

If you are not already track your food on something like my fitness pal. You will see exactly how much you are eating.

Good luck

I do try to track... i dont generally get to it daily. And my hubby likes to decide ehat hes eatimg the day of. He frequently changes his mind. I just keep trying to tell him that im simply not going to eat the starch. He just isnt getting the idea! Its very frustrating.

It was mich easier when he was away for 6 months. Lol.

If there is nothing to eat but the starch have something like deli ham and cheese with a salad. Do not eat the starch.

A month with no loss means it is time to try something different. Track all of your food and try to cut 500 calories a day. That should mean you lose a pound a week/
