Monday night check in on what did you eat today
Have had no time to post in the last little while. Been busy with my training. Race was on Sunday and I had a personal best and the most important I finish strong even running against the wind most of the time. This makes it my 3 marathon and hopefully next year 50k. Only worked today and walk dog legs don't want to do much
B 1 cup of yogurt
l protein drink
s banana cookie
d 1/3 cup of salad and cup of beef barley soup
s greek yogurt
After a long race it takes a few days to get food into me. This is more than I got in yesterday. Could not eat at all after the race.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
