Day 3 Opti
I've seen lots of other posts about symptoms like fatigue during Opti. It is normal as your body adjusts to the lack of caffeine, fat and carbs. I am on day 7 now and the only symptom I had was a terrible headache when I woke up on day 4 and I've been very emotional for the past few days, crying at every little thing. On the plus side, I am already down 9.4lbs after one week! Try to take comfort in the fact that you aren't going through this alone. Many have done it before us and we will survive it too. Feel free to message me if you'd like to chat.
Good to talk to Tara. You can do this together. i am three months out but I remeber have to take a little nap before dinner and after work. i was fatiqued the whole two weeks prior to surgery andI had headaches. All I kept thinking is thank God I only had to do this stuff for two weeks. hAng in there and take short naps when you can.

If you saw my post from earlier in the week, you will know I had to get off Opti... But, I was pretty wiped. I think it was also a little dehydration for myself. After I was able to keep more fluid in, I am feeling better. Not like marathon better, but also not like a zombie.
