HAPPY NOVEMBER!!!!
November 13!!! I go in on Tuesday November 3 to sign papers and meet the anesthesiologist and do the last of my blood work. And thank goodness it is Tuesday. I've been on optifast for 10 days and it sucks. I look at them, I'm hungry and I want to pass. I haven't cheated and I won't but man I want to! I think Tuesday's appointment Will help keep me on track and remind me why I am going through this Optifast hell.
If anyone is having a Novmember surgery and wants to chat online through the recovery process and afterwards please send me a message. I'm going through Ottawa Hospital.
1st referral-June 2014, sent back and resubmitted September 2014. Wrong referral-medical not surgical. December 22-Surgical Referral sent in.
March 2, 2015-Orientation session; April 8, 2015-Blood work completed; May 12, 2015-Intake appointment; July 24, 2015 Dietician/Behaviourist; August 26, 2015 Pre-surgery class; September 21, 2015 Meet the surgeon; SURGERY NOVEMBER 13, 2015
November 4th for me! Two more days - eek! I am starting to get excited and can see the end of this wonderful Optifast diet in sight! I have never looked so forward to having cream soups and cottage cheese before, LOL.
