Uncomfortable Feeling

I have had a slight pain in my right side. I have no gallbladder removed along time ago, I feel a little constipation but still having bowel movements. Its uncomfortable and I don't want to eat sometimes. When I drink water I feel a little discomfort. Has anyone experience this I am 3 months post op.
