I think I'm too stupid to use the Surgery List.

I only see one page to the thread and the last post is in June 2015. I don't see where the surgeries are listed.

This is very embarrassing, but please help.

Oh dear, now I am reminded of my high school teacher that gave us a test. The written instructions were "put your pencil down, turn your paper over"... Because no one read the directions on the top of the tests. I was so busy looking for a list I missed the obvious.
