RNY 6 Years 6 Months Post Op

Morning

Going to Buffalo today for the Bills game. The QEW Niagara and Toronto bound has detours and its supposed to snow. Just not looking forward to this now! lol

STEPS - 5003 A slug yesterday and it was wonderful

EATS

B - Coffee and Premier protein shake

S - 3 oz roasted chicken with a few bites of leftover squash

L - Slice of pepperoni pizza at the game - not tailgating this year

D - Wings - 4 or 5 and a Michelob Ultra beer

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,803, Carbs - 120 Grams, Protein - 122 grams

All water and vits

Good morning birdiegirl, sounds like a fun day - glad you enjoyed your slug day! I wanted to thank you again for your post on Friday regarding getting to goal, I really appreciate you taking the time to remind me to get on track now. I have been feeling like shifting into neutral when it comes to food, and its a good reminder that its not over yet! I still have another 4 months or so where weight loss will be easier and I need to get my butt in gear. Its amazing how easily stuff creeps into our menus, isn't it? One tiny apple becomes 2, 1 serving of nuts becomes 3 etc. Have to work today and I just want to hibernate! We did not get snow as they predicted but it is still freaking cold! I took a paint nite class yesterday evening, it was really fun and I would recommend it, especially with a group. Going to hit the gym after work today, get stuff going again. I can do it!!

14 months post op

b - gnc lean strawberry protein shake, decaf coffee

s - 1 eggwhite and psyllium wrap with 1 tsp peanut butter

l - 5 meatballs with tomato sauce parmesan petals and one tbsp of peas

s - quest protein bar while out shopping and at the gym...later...sf fruit punch koolaid

d - pork loin with roasted turban squash

s - 1 eggwhite psyllium wrap with 1 tsp peanut butter...later...herbal tea

All water and vitamins, have a nice day everyone!

I am glad you took my post to you in the spirit in which it was given. I would rather you be pissed off at me and prove to my I am wrong then find yourself in a pickle a few months from now

Good morning Barb. Hope you enjoy your game. Decided to take TTC to IKEA in North York. I will never do that again. It took me two hours! Fortunately my DH met me with the car. Good thing was I got to read a lot of my book which I am really enjoying. I should have just stayed home and had a nap. Not sure what today will bring.

Good morning everyone. I HATE that the snow made an appearance. Totally not ready for it yet (doubt I ever will be). Pat, I think it's time we start saving for a trip down south for later.

Today it's Zumba total body toning. I look forward to this all week and I'm not sure why because every muscle hurts for at least 5 days, lol. I just wish that they hadn't changed it from Monday to Sunday.

Morning all. Woke up with those darn allergies too and my eyes are running, itchy and my nose is stuffed up. Today, i'm trying to be a slug, will go out and do a few groceries, then come home and do some school work. Have a good day at the game Barb, hope team wins.

Hello everyone,

I'm a bit late today posting, just got back from brunch with friends and I'm not sure my breakfast was the best.I'm feeling a bit sick. Time to curl up and be a slug (after I take the dog out).

4 months post op

B 1.5 breakfast sausage, 1 pc bacon

S 1.5 coffees with cream

L nothing, maybe some cucumber slices

D Sautéed shrimp, zucchini, and tomato sauce

S greek yogurt and strawberries
