Good morning, birdiegirl your dinner sounds good.

I'm working today, and then may go to the group at TWH tonight (depending on if it's a late workday). Anyone else going?

I woke up with the pouch soreness again today, I'm starting to get concerned so I think I'll give the clinic a call today. I'm hoping it's not an ulcer.

4 months post op

B GNC total lean strawberry

S Decaf coffee with cream

L shrimp sautéed with garlic and zucchini

D turkey sausage and green beans

Good morning. Went for a long up hill walk yesterday. I was sad to find out it was only 4 kms. Definitely need to walk more. Doing a favour for my son's girlfriend. She takes a class on Wednesday nights and my son is away on business. So I am picking up her daughter and taking her home. Then to swimming. I doubt her mom has made a dinner for her so I will have to forage in their fridge. I have a chili for me in case dinner ends up being KD. It is across the city so will be an adventure.

b greek yogurt, raspberries

s baby bel

l chicken salad and source yogurt. I may pick up something else to go with it

s apple

d chili

s will depend on when I get home

Oh boy how good does food sound!

I'm on day 3 of Opti and feeling less nauseous than I did yesterday so that's a plus.

B- Vanilla shake w/ SF chocolate syrup (most tolerable option I've found so far)

L- Chocolate shake w/ SF caramel syrup (my fav so far)

D-Vanilla shake w/ cherry syrup (fingers crossed it helps!) & 1 cup of broth

S- SF raspberry jello and possibly another shake if I can manage.

You should begin to feel better tomorrow. Day 4 for most is the turning point. Hang in there!

If it helps... when i was on opti i was allowed extracts i believe it was. I mixed starwberry and banana into the vanila. Helped a lot for me.

I'm so happy to see you starting the thread today!

Obviously I'm late to the party. I had the best news today regarding my dad's health and frankly, I'm exhausted since I heard good news.

I should be studying, taking the night off.

9.5 years post-op

coffee with cream x 2 over the day - (how can someone be too busy to drink coffee?)

OH is trying to format my posts, damn them. No, I don't need "bullet points".

B - GNC Total Lean (last of my pumpkin spice - boo! Must get there tomorrow)

S - 3 melba toast with Swiss and pickles (this is a bad idea as I craved more crunchy carbs all day)

L - leftover BBQ chicken breast (approx. 3 oz) with sautéed peppers and onions, a couple of Tbl. parm petals on top

S - I didn't bring one and you know what? I ate the remaining melba toast all on their own (4) - never do that. Then I had a Greek yogurt and felt better. Stoopid.

D - veggie/beef spaghetti sauce with parm petals on top, no pasta.

S - not sure.

K. :)
