vagus nerve\heart palpitations

Hey, does anyone know anything about associating the vagus nerve and the stomach/gas with heart lurching or heart palpitations. At first I was thinking it might be my anxiety meds are just not getting absorbed properly since surgery. but it seems as though these stomach lurches or heart palpitations are happening more often than not. I have read online about the vagus nerve having something to do with it..anyone else have this issue or had this issue??

It happens to me when I eat something that my pouch is still sensitive to.
