Introducing me-self

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Crystal and I am 32 years old. I live in between Kingston and Ottawa. I started the process with my referral November of 2014. I have done all required testing and have surgery date of October 28th with Dr. Cyriac at Toronto East General. I started Optifast on September 30th and am on it for 4 weeks. I have my weekly weigh in on Wednesday but as of last week, I was down a little over 18 lbs!! So excited for this and I may be a little annoying for the next month or so with questions, comments and complaints, lol.

I had Cyriac - surgery mid Aug. and I have no surgical pain at all. You will likely meet lovely nursing assistant Denise when you get up tp your room. She will do anything she can to make you comfortable. Get yourself some foam earplugs at a drugstore and beware the hospital Jello!!!!
